Our 18th-century barn, featuring period beams, has been artfully transformed into a 2 ½ story loft for 6 people. This enchanting space offers privacy with an independent entrance and a personal patio overlooking the garden and its pool.

The top floor boasts a charming main room, complete with a beautiful fireplace, a cozy coffee corner with vineyard views, and a double bed. A small mezzanine overlooks the main room and holds a double futon.

Descending the traditional rural staircase guides you to the ground floor. Here, a combined family room and dining space awaits, embellished with arched double doors that open up to the garden. The area comfortably seats six for dining and features a charming reading corner. The sofa can be transformed into a bed for two if needed. The open kitchen provides a spot to cook or heat up Italian specialties. Its doorway leads to a private terrace furnished with a wooden table and six chairs, enveloped by flowers. This terrace provides access to the garden and the pool.

The bathroom, which includes a sink, shower, and toilet, is conveniently located on the ground floor.
